What is Glyph Production Technologies Return Policy?
These are Glyph Production Technologies, Inc.'s ("Glyph", "we" or "our") standard return policies applicable to products purchased by you directly from Glyph.
We accept returns of purchased items within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a complete refund (less shipping fees) your item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused, unopened, complete with all bundled accessories, and in its original retail packaging.
- Opened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Items returned incomplete and/or not in original packaging may be subject to additional fees, or returned to the customer as non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for return freight.
Refunds
All authorized refunds will be refunded via the method of payment originally billed. Glyph will process refunds within 3 business days of receipt of returned goods. All refunds are subject to the financial institutions' processing timelines. We are happy to answer any questions regarding our portion of the refund processing, but you may need to contact your financial institution for more details.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the safe return of items and selecting the appropriate return shipping insurance.
For Defective / DOA items (within the return window) we may, at our option cover shipping back to Glyph for customers in the continental US.
Additional information
Items that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your own expense. Ineligible products include, but are not limited to:
- Any item not purchased directly from Glyph via our website (www.glyphtech.com), phone (8003350345, 6072750345), or by email with one of our representatives with a valid @glyphtech.com email address.
- Any item without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to items with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- Any item missing parts and/or components, including the original retail packaging.
- Any item from which the UPC has been removed from its packaging.
- Any item that exhibits physical damage.
